My apps such as bing and Vzw video pictures are gone now I have is a generic globe. I did several battery pulls and it didn't work. How do I get my pics back thanks. ?

thats how my phone was wen i firstgot it then i went to application center & refreshed it & downloaded blackberry apps then all the icons wer there.
hopefully that helps ur situation cause it helped me
