Just got the bold over the holidays and its my first blackberry. I've already downloaded a few apps I found useful right away (cineplex, google maps, weathereye). But I was wondering what are some must have apps. The berrybuzz seems really nifty, and ill check it out. I've noticed one thing with my maps though. It can never find "my location" it does this on both google and BB maps. Not sure why

    Must have apps?

    QuickLaunch
    CB launcher
Google Map (I prefer GMap over native BB map)
    DropBox
    Berry Weather
    BerryBuzz
    BerryPopUp
    AP Mobile
    Paypal
    BerryMeter
    MemoryUpPro
    BatteryBooster

    There you go

For the find my location, it really depends on your area coverage. At times, it takes very long to find me. At times, I could locate myself less than 10 seconds. Try reinstall and see if that works better.

What is the error you're facing?

It is quite straight forward, you need to be connected to the net via your BlackBerry, sign in to your Google account, then doa manual Sync.

Are you trying to do this via the BlackBerry Internet Service or through WiFi?
