I searched and found many threads on the Firethorne Mobile Banking app but most were dated and I didn't see any on the the 9650. Any knowledge on whether the 9650 is supported? I checked Wachovia and it's not listed. One of the threads I found had a post to the effect that Wachovia is not accepting new enrollments on the mobile platform but I have no first-hand information. Anyone have pertinent knowledge?

There are couple of mobile bank apps that range from full access to just account balances. There was a 2 part post in the CB blogs about a week or 2 ago.

Thanks, wnm. It seems there's more at issue than whether the bank offers the service: I found a link in AppWorld for the Mobile Banking app and attempting to download produced a message to the effect that the 9650 is not supported. Guess I'll use my wife's LG phone for online banking, or use the bank's website.

I was able to make Mobile Banking work by selecting the 9630 Tour.

Ima try that, but not from AppWorld 'cause it knows the device type and refuses a d/l to a 9650.
