My order was sent to review and they charged me the full amount. Even though prior to my placing the oder, it showed the discount. I already emailed Mobihand about this, and hopefully they'll rectify the situation. They are aware the coupon code was being used since now if you try and use it, it shows up as invalid, since they removed it from their system.
This is what the order confirmation looked like for me (and this is what all of the ones I've gotten look like), can anybody see a code? I sure can't, but that might be just me... Can anybody who actually receives codes please show where they are on their's?

They told me the coupon wasn't supposed to be given out. I told them the deal was completed when my order was placed, but it's not worth it to me to check their terms of service to see if they can just say that they reserve the right to refuse service.
IMO, if a coupon works, they should honor it. No biggie tho hope you get it sorted out Arcadence, we shouldn't derail this excellent thread

Sorry for all the problems with that coupon! I was just trying to pass on the good fortune I found... geesh, they're really being cranky about it. And SCrid, I agree, if it works, they should honor it - not our fault they forgot to remove it from their system!
What's weird, is that the actual coupon codes still aren't coming through on my emails when I do make a purchase... really would like to share them in this thread... very strange!!

I'm not trying to derail this thread. This thread is about Mobihand coupons, and that's what we're discussing. But Mobihand hasn't even replied to my emails about this situation, not even to tell me that they're not going to honor my coupon. That type of customer service is really disappointing.
In any event, I also haven't received any coupons in my emails to pass on either.
Edit: They just contacted me and refunded me $6.50 (which is half of my order.) Although it took a little bit of time for them to contact me back, I'm glad they did the right thing and honored my coupon. I think the actual problem was that I was replying to a CSR that had emailed me earlier about the order and for some reason he never got back to me. It wasn't until I sent another trouble ticket from their site that they responded in a quick fashion. So perhaps I'm to blame as well. I was quick to get annoyed, but I'm just as quick to praise for their appropriate action. They're back in my good graces. Thanks. I still haven't received any coupon codes to pass on though!
