    hey everyone,

    I have a bb 9700 and i am trying to re download the at bat app after i already purchased it a few months ago before i then had to restore my bb 9700.

    now when i try to re download the app after putting in my pay pal pass word i get an error saying "there was a problem completing this purchase. please contact blackberry app world customer support. (error id 3300)

    customer support has no clue what the prob is. please help
