I've downloaded the new Blackberry Media sync for mac is proving an issue. When I load my old pearl 8120 up it recognizes it and recognizes the media card. When I load up my new 8130 it says there is no media card present despite one being in the phone. I have formatted it and it still doesn't recognize it. I know it is there as I can access pictures I have taken that are saved on the media card.
Can anyone help please.

Reason: Problem Solved apart from Media sync problem is still an issue.
