How can i make minipaint not run in the background unless i want it to...
Every time i reset the phone it starts up again...
Unless the application has an option to avoid it - no. I really do not appreciate apps that load in the background without giving you a choice in their setup or options menu.
And no one has yet found a way to create a program that can remove those types of programs.
