Can anyone help me with this? I usually do a reset with my Meterberry at 4am every morning but for the last 2 mornings when i check my device it says "unable to reset device. Error Code: 9." I am pretty sure this isnt a Meterberry issue and it is a Blackberry issue because I also have Quickpull and when I try to do a reset with Quickpull it just hangs and will not reset device. Any ideas?
