Is the message list icon supposed to show a red asterisk when you get an IM from one of your messenger apps (aim, msn, bbm, etc). I'm only getting the small icon on top of the home screen.
And what does "Group Messages In Conversation". I don't see a difference when I have it on or off.
BBM does get the small red asterisk. I'm not sure about AIM or others.
"Group Messages" is basically if "forever29" sends you let's say, 3 consecutive messages, then his IM name won't appear in front of each of the 3 IM messages.
It doesn't cause an asterisk in Messages because the new icon notification occurs on the app icon itself, even if the notifications are integrated into Messages.
