I recently forgot my password for my BBerry Tour (which is under BES). Before getting to the 10th password entry technical support reset my password.

Now, after my password was reset I have two issues;

1. If I go into Media>Pictures I cannot see the jpegs stored on the media card. However if I go into "explore" I can see them. Is there a way to correct this so that I can see the pics from the Media>Pictures option again?

2. Weatherbug Elits used to display nice graphical icons for all the options after clicking on the WB icon from the BBerry home menu. Now, when I click on the WB icon from the main menu I get is list of shortut keys to take me to the various WB menu options. What gives?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
