I have read in some theme posts about people mapping quicklaunch to 'space'.

Just wondering how I could do that so I don't lose a homescreen icon.

    TIA

If you are making your own theme it is easy using Theme Composer.

If you are wanting to add it to an existing theme, only the author of the theme can do it.

    Hope this helps

If you're building a theme, use the hot keys in composer. Make sure you type it in as "QuickLaunch" without the quotes exactly as I have typed it. The last tab will be the one you need to do this on the task bar. It can give you an error loading it but ignore it and proceed anyway once you load it in theme builder.

    Hope that helps a bit.

    Thanks for the info!

I think ill be leaving it as is, I really like my mini 8 bottom dock with hidden today.

Was just wondering if it was do-able after the fact.

    Thanks again!!

If you have a convenience key to spare you could use that instead of a home row icon space as well... I use the stock theme and still keep the QL icon hidden.
