Low-Light Photo Enhancer
This is a new filter for improving under-exposed photos. You can adjust the light amplification and shift the emphasis between deep shadows & midtones.
What makes this better than Brightness/Contrast is that it avoids whiting out or washing out anything, and makes it easier to improve problem areas with minimal damage to what was fine.
Allows 10 images to be adjusted & saved free, and is part of Nitro Utilities if you want to keep using it.

Definitely gonna have to check this out!
Edit - I was able to install it on my Z10, but there's only stock photos available.

How did you install a BBOS app on the Z10?
On my test device, it works with camera photos (already taken).
Maybe I posted this in the wrong category, I thought this was for OS 5-7 apps...

Beats the Jef outa me how it was available. I wasn't paying attention to post location, till after I installed it. You're in the right place, and the app does open, just doesn't access my images. There are stock images in there. Z10STL100-4/10.3.0.700

Hmm. That's a different app, written by someone else, but with a similar title. The link I put above has the specific product ID of my app, not a title, so I guess it means when something isn't available for BB10 then BlackBerry World automatically looks for something similar to show in its place.
Sorry this isn't for BB10 yet, if it proves popular on BBOS then I'll make an Android version that hopefully will also work on BB10.
