I just upgrade to 4.d (love it by the way). I only have one problem....

All of my programs are no longer registered and I don't know where my keys are. I skipped the step (I know I probably shouldn't have) of restoring my apps. If I did this, would they be on my phone still registered (meaning codes are still entered) or is this a lost cause?

Yes I did backup my apps, but I saw that they had already been loaded and didn't think I needed a restore.

1. Always print and save the order and codes.

2. Email the company, tey have always been able to look up my info using my PIN or name or order number(if you have it) and they will send you a new one...
