I had to do a os wipe and reinstall a few weeks ago, and I did not realize till yesterday that I an missing the memo pad app that comes standard with the phone. Everything else seems to be in its place but that.

Sounds like a newb question, but I should just be able to reconnect to bdm and reinstall it shouldn't I?

Check to make sure it's not hidden first. Menu-Show All, check all folders.

If it's gone, yes, you need to make sure your current OS is loaded on your PC and hook up to Desktop Manager and use app loader to re-install it.
