I just installed the Bell .411 update and everything works fine except that I lost the Memo, Task and Documents To Go apps. I can easily restore third party apps but how can these "core" apps be restored?

Well, those are not core apps, those are addons. To restore em just plug into your BBDTM, launch app loader and check mark the addons you want to put back on the phone.

Did you do a backup and a 3rd party backup before the upgrade?

Thanks to both of you. I was able to restore the addon apps using the app loader in the Research in Motrion folder. Couldn't do with the app loader in BBDTM.

Folks need to do a little more research before upgrading. And whilst loading the new software, take the time to read what you're doing before you do it. A quick scroll down the loader screen would have revealed all the apps available, and all you gotta do is check the ones you want.
