I have the old Motorola phone tools I used to cut my MPE's to the size I want, but it is not working properlly with my old Razr, so i need a new software.

Anyone reccomend a free or free to try software that will just let me cut the MP3 to the length I want the ringtone to me, instead of putting the whole song on the phone?

You don't need an application I think cb has a ringtone maker setup or there is one online I just can't remember where it is.
