Poynt is about the best program of this type I have ever used, and it also can use your GPS to always give you information relevent to exactly where you are. It is free also!! and gives ticket buying capabilities, best gas prices, weather, etc

I use beyond411 to look up businesses quickly, Pyont when I have more time to search around

And you can add the listings to your phone book if you want to
