Socialscope or ShoZu will do this.

If you want to set them both to the same thing, what I do is use Ubertwitter and the Facebook Application for Twitter, that updates my facebook when I update my twitter.

That was it's free.

I use SocialScope, but invites are hard to come by. There is an app for Facebook called "selective twitter". It links your twitter account to your facebook status. When you tweet, if you put #fb at the end of the tweet it will also update your facebook status. It's cool because you can contro what gets sent to facebook and what stays in twitter land.
