Looking for app to stream voice to online link?

Hi there, I've ran a google search and I've found many apps that stream radio to my BlackBerry Bold 9900 and PlayBook, however I have not found an app which lets me stream content from my 9900/PB combo online to a link.

Is this possible? If so, is it better to go directly from 9900 online or will I suffer speeds if I use Bridge/HotSpot from the 9900 on the PlayBook?
