Surely the best place to start would be with the developers themselves.
However there is a massive disadvantage to setting up your own distribution center and that is you will have to find a way to keep all of your app fully up to date and the developers/owners may not be prepared to keep you informed of each update unless you have a proper contract with the entities.

What would be your suggestioin then on pushing this apps to several users - considering that there is an IT policy of disabling 3rd party downloads? Some of the apps I need I found the alx files but not the above apps.
