My Desktop Manager does not show my core application and hence I am unable to upgrade my BB to version 5.

I have done the following

1. Firstly I downgraded from BB Desktop Manager version 5 to v4.6 and then attempted to check if the DM was reflecting the core app (v4.6) of my BB.
When this did not work I
2. Removed all BB Desktop Manager (DM) and application updater and even removed all BB folders and values in the registry.
3. Resintalled BB DM v 4.6 and yet dont have a solution.

Can Some one assist?

Do you have the OS you want to install on your computer?
From my understanding you only have desktop manager.

You need both DM and the OS you want on your computer.
Then you update via loader.exe AFTER you delete the vendor.xml.
