Linking contacts to contacts/appointments-syncing with Outlook

I am currently a Palm phone user, but am considering switching to BlackBerry.

I am a Palm user simply because I can't seem to find another platform that has 3rd party software available that handles Outlook as nicely as Chapura KeySuite does for Palm-Outlook. With it , I am able to link my contacts on my PDA to other contacts (such as linking John to Joe) or linking contacts to appointments or tasks. When I do a sync between my Palm PDA and Outlook, all of my pre-existing MS Outlook contacts and there perspective "links" get synced to my phone and I am able to view, add links or change links and sync back to change them in MS Outlook. Does anyone know of any good 3rd party BlackBerry software that would allow me to do the same?
