I just got a car that would benefit from my phone having the Lexus Enform app but the 9900 isn't supported (even though it says os 5 and up) so I wanted to see if anyone here had any ways I could get it (ie from a different Blackberry phone). I would really appreciate the help!
If you know someone who has this app, they can use a program called BBSAK to extract the app file (the extension is .cod), then email/upload the .cod to you. You can then use BBSAK to inject the app into your 9900. Good luck.
There is the same situation with the Toyota Entune app, as on the Prius. For it, they they don't support any OS7 (or even OS6, I think) phones. Toyota, like many others, has pretty much dropped Blackberry. The Toyota USA product manager for the Prius told me (on PriusChat) that they they decided to not support the newer phones due to "an unsatisfactory user experience".
