LED Scroller App?

Is there an application like the Screamager for the PlayBook for our 9780? I've seen this app on an iPhone before, wondering if there is one for the BlackBerry Bold.

Basically it's an LED scroller on our screen. Something like this; LED Scroller for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

contrary to popular belief, there's not an app for that.

LED scroller ultimate, i have dl'd it and it is good, you can read the led text from quite a distance on the playbook, 10 metres at least, good choice of fonts and colours and speed.
What would you use it for? Show a message to some one across a crowded bar or you could hook it up via hdmi to a panel tv and advertise something. Its in appworld
