Enable mass storage mode and you should get the USB drive option.
I have it enabled but still do not get the USB option.
After connecting to the computer and key in my pwd, the Kindle screen disappear. Too bad I was looking forward to using my 9900 with my Kindle data.
I'm using the Kindle on my 9930 using the instructions given. No problems whatsoever. I don't understand why Amazon has "blocked out" the Kindle download to start with.
when using the kindle app on my 9900 the font is really really small, ive tried changing the font size on the phone settings and in the kindle app. but nothing changes. anyone know how too sort this out?

"Text size..." option works fine on my 9900 from the menu within the Kindle app.
i was able to install it and access my books. however, I cant get it to sync to my furthest read pages on my books.... Is anyone else experiencing this? I tried re installing a few times to no affect.
I'm outside the US and this method seemed to install the app however when I enter my log in details and click 'Sign In' I get a BlackBerry popup saying 'No Internet Connection: Please check your Wi-Fi or Mobile Network connection and try again.'.
There's a kindle folder on my memory card. With subfolders containing the books. Don't know if this is relevant, but maybe its from my 9860?!? It seems that it worked without a hitch for that device.
Many thanks. Great you figured that out for me. That means The Kindle App for 9900 expects and uses the same directory structure as on PlayBook. :-) That's great.
I already had the app downloaded and it was the same version in the link you supplied. I followed the rest of your steps and it worked flawlessly. Thanks for the great tip!
