Hi, thanks a lot for the link and the instruction. Now, my Bold 9900 works also with the Kindle app. No connection via USB was necessary. The app works fine with my first kindle book. Best, Ralf
New bold 9900 with OS v7.1.0.694. Uninstalled and tried again to no avail. Archived titles come up but download hangs up. Tried downloding on other devices and they're fine. Thank you for troubleshooting this with me. I have kindle readers on all of my devices, can't imagine not having it on my 9900!
OMG, this is great! I didn't even have to use the usb to my computer. It just loaded. I just spent 5 hours at the verizon store getting my replacement blackberry activated and being treated like a second class citizen because I don't have an iphone. I feel like we're all a dying breed....
Me too. I did all steps then login with one time password but it keep saying "invalid email or password"
Kindle app works fine on my 9900. The one-time-password Email from Amazon servers worked for me. I believe others in the Bold 99xx community are also using Kindle app without problems.
You could try posting in the 99xx Stickies thread on 'working & dead' apps, somebody may be able to advise further.
