I don't know of any 3rd party app, but I do know that the feature is going to be included in a future OS update.

u should try typing in suretype instead of full keyboard if ur having problems hiting letters

Yeah it will be in the new update.
Which I was led to believe it would be on the 15th.
But there are a lot of dates going around so I wouldn't take my word for it.

I pretty sure it will. Because the 9520 users got pop up keys in there update. unless rim is just bias towards americans.
