I just signed up to tell you guys how to fix this. You have to make sure that with your BB you have the address WITHOUT the www. So it should be mobile.weightwatchers.com with no www.

Correct, its just http://mobile.weightwatchers.com don't get confused with people using 'WW' instead of typing 'weight watchers' this 'WW' stands for weight watchers not www. Also this is a web site, you should have to download nothing.

I just tried the weight watchers mobile thing also. It says "you cannot currently access WWM on your device. Please make sure you're using a supported device, and that it's set to accept cookies." How do I set it to accept cookies?
Any help??

If it helps anyone who can't access it, make sure you are trying to access it via the default browser. Opera Mini gave me the "unsupported device" error.

carreev, what steps are you looking for?
You go to mobile.weightwatchers.com from your BB Browser, and log in, that's all there is to it. If you want a shortcut from your main screen to WW.com, you can download LaunchPad and create a shortcut.

Can anyone help me? When I'm logging in with username and password to the mobile site, it says it doesn't recognise the username and password. I triple checked and logged in on the PC, so know they are right.. anyone any suggestions?

The only thing I am getting from WW is to ensure that cookies are accepted, but don't know how to do that..

Make sure that you are typing the correct letters and if you use NUMBERS in your name/password, make sure you are entering those correctly.

Also, under one of the Browser options, you can tell it what type of browser you are emulating - BB, Firefox, IE. Try using BB if you are not, then change that to another one and try again.
