    Has anyone had any luck getting either of these IRC apps to work? Running OS 5.0.0.979 on a Bold 9700 on AT&T. Every time I try to connect, it says "invalid url parameter" and I can't figure out why.

    Use jmirc on sourceforge. They offer a beta client for BlackBerry�. Make sure its the bb ver u download. Then in options you'll have to set connection to BlackBerry� BIS
