Slacker...the ability to cache stations on the sd card is the kicker that it has over Pandora, all other things being equal. I personally believe song selection is better on Slacker though.
I use pandora and have since I had my 8830. Its got a good song selection is the simplest to edit stations and never has slowdown, plus with my 8530 as long as I'm in an area with a wifi signal I can listen to music anytime even if I'm in an area with poor reception, not sure if slacker does that.
I use Pandora, I like it pretty well. I downloaded Iheartradio but not sure I like it...it doesn't seem to work at all when I'm in the office, which is really where I'd use it lol and it doesn't seem to have any stations I want to hear. And the interface is just odd...can't figure out if you can even search in it.
What I would really like is NPR to make their app for BBs as well as iPhones :P Another thing to be jealous of my hubby's iPhone over lol.
I use pandora but I'm wondering which of these that actually taps into local radio stations you guys prefer. As far as just internet radio I'll stick with pandora but listening to local stations especially with all the bad weather we have going on and talk radio I want one thats specifically designed for that.
Well I was going to make a thread about streaming music and how to do it but I guess this is the place to ask... I want to use my phone to play music in my vehicle ( have both headphone to RCA inputs and Bluetooth) and I don't want to just fill my media card with musc cuz that gets boring. So how exactly do I go about doing this?
P.S. I live in Canada. Apparently that makes a difference?
i mainly use slacker. pandora, not much as before. the iheartradio app, i only used it if i listen to something interesting on my car's radio and have to get out.
