    Bold 9650 on VZW. I have no added or updated any apps since this occurred or beforehand.

    I intentionally have the OS running my phone came with as I am slightly OCD and don't like when things change on my phone. I do a hard-reset every morning and keep minimal apps running on my phone. Current OS is 5.0.0.975

    I was using internet in a record store, put phone in my pocket and pulled it back out a minute later to check the value of a different record I found. Internet wouldn't load; facebook wouldn't connect. I spoke to VZW twice and they assure me it isn't an outage-related issue.

    Ideas or procedures on how to problem solve? I have done multiple resets, updated roaming, etc. I really do not wanna re-load phone as I have a lot of texts I need saved for work reasons and do not want to forward 500 emails.

    If you need more info, I will gladly pass it forward.

    Contact Verizon and have them make sure that your data plan is properly set up and that your BlackBerry is active on their BIS.

    Reload the device OS.
