My OS is: v5.0.0.602

I bought "BeBuzz" tonight and I tried to do the settings it said for "Incoming Call" under the Vibrate & Silent profile and I don't know why but my phone still rings loud. ??? I even triple checked all the settings, making sure the volume is set to "silent" and it still rings!?

Does someone know what settings I need to change so I can set my phone to vibrate/silent without it ringing when I'm in a meeting?

Thanks wnm for that info I was able to fix all of the problems!

For anyone interested, before I wasn't getting a ring tone when I got text messages but was able to fix the problem by changing the following in the "Normal" profile...

Click on the sound icon (located in the upper left corner of device)
Select “Set Ring Tones/Alerts”
Select “Messages”
Select “SMS Text”
The following are my personal settings for this profile but the key setting is "Vibration" listed below…
- Ring Tone: Notifier_Crystal
- Volume: 10
- Count: 1
- Play Sound: Always
- LED: Off
- Vibration: Off (it was Custom – But Ringtone didn’t work)
- Notify Me During Calls: Yes
