At this time no there is not. There will be one for the bb1o platform though soon!

There is an instagram client for blackberry called instabeury. Search for it in appworld. It also can upload ur photos to instagram, only lacks of some filter.

i acutally have something id like to talk to the blackberry community about:
i just recently got a curve 9360, and have been out of the BB Game for years now. i had an android (LG G2X) but was on its last limb. i am happy to say i acutally enjoy this device. but the app world, not so much :/.
this is a great example. instabeuri. 1.99 for an app that's not even an official one from the company themselves? and its free on both iOS and Android. i believe id like to start to get into app development for blackberry, and do all my apps for free. so i think instagram is something im going to start with.

thanks! i just feel that the ammount of people switching to the Z10 aint gonna be a big number (from the start), so with us OS7 users left in the dark somewhat i think its time to show that these guys are not dead!
