    I have IM+ version 7.2.0 running on my Bold (OS 4.6.0.266) and have been happily using it for a couple of months now.

    Suddenly this week, the app refuses to login to my facebook account giving an authorization error. I have been through the troubleshooting and checked both the implus test account and other accounts from my family. Other services (MSN, Yahoo etc) all work fine...

    I can login to the Facebook 1.5 App on my phone, and the website on my PC and through the browser on my BB using the same login details. The IM+ test account logs on fine through IM+ too, however all personal accounts, (mine and my families) still refuse to authorize. I have tried a batt pull, cache clearing and complete uninstall and reinstall, but nothing appears to help!!!

    Any suggestions?

    I would contact Shape's customer service department on this one. I delt with them before to get the app working with the 5.0 beta OS and they are great to deal with. Excellent customer service and quick to respond.

    I'm getting the same thing. I even tried upgrading to 7.2.0.

    I contacted them, and they said that facebook implemented new security features, so they have to figure out how to make it work again.

    Yep, got the same response to my support request. Guess we just wait then. Wonder if the other 3rd party apps are having the same problem?

    IM+, BeeJive, and Parlingo are not able to log in. I was able to log in with all 3 until this week. Facebook changed their settings.

    yup and they are all working on it but facebook is stupid cause they dont think of the apps that have the chat part but meh soon it should get worked out

    By the way, the current version of IM+ for beta-testers is 7.0.5 (not 7.0.2) with Twitter chat support. Give it a try! Facebook chat have to be fixed soon.
