Wow didn't know about these free app until I saw it being number 1 in Pc Mag list. What a great app it is and good way to kill time and stay up to date to all the latest news. It is a good way to fall asleep at night too, lol. Must have app!
Do you guys know if they are intending to fix the send to facebook option error?
I know! AP is awesome :) wish they get rid of the annoying "Yes/No" prompt when you try to close the app.

Absolutely agree. It's usually the first app on my home screen.
just downloaded it and i like it already, the only thing is it doesnt allow you to enter a Canadian location for local news

I love it too...I just cant get the Facebook login to work it keeps failing even though i am putting the right info in.
You're welcome. You can also uncheck the one below it, and when you hit the escape button it will close the app completely, instead of just sending it to the background hogging your memory.

I find it incredibly useful, especially since a lot of my work involves the AP newswire. When I'm not at my desk and can't access APEX, I rely on this. Can't begin to explain why I like it so much more than the NY Times "app".
Just installed it due to the reviews from this thread... I like it a lot.
Have one problem with the Asterisk though, the darn thing doesn't go away... Anybody know how to make it go away?

I don't like the icon but I do like the app. Sometimes I just want a quick review of what's going on.. This serves that purpose well.
Based on this thread, I installed this. It is a cool app! How do I get rid of the red astric on the app logo though?
