My IT Policy won't allow me to use Slacker, Flycast or iheartradio. This is getting troublesome and I believe it started after I installed the Premium version of A Personal Assistant. I think the program changed my IT Policy.

If I wipe the BlackBerry, will I lose my paid program A Personal Assistant?

App world has a facility where you can re-download any and all
    apps you purchased.

I wished they also had a facility to allow users to register a new BlackBerry PIN.
I had to change my BlackBerry before the warranty went out. Now I have got a new PIN and App World does not know me.

The answer to your question has already been addressed.

However, I would just like to point out that Personal Assistant has NO way of changing your IT Policy. This was done within your company, an application it's self could never do that.
