Icon shortcut for web pages

Is there an app that will allow me to make icon shortcuts for web pages? For example, I downloaded Fox News app, which is nothing but a shortcut for its web site. Can I create my own iconic shortcuts for web pages that I access frequently? Thanks for your help. :o
