The top 5 in your icon grid will be the ones to appear on the home screen. Scroll to them, hit the BB key, select move, and move them to where you'd like them.
I have the Iberry 2.0 theme and I'm lovin it. I was playing with windows live search earlier and realized that I was playing with a windows app on ablackberry with an iphonesque theme. Ain't diversity great.

I love that theme. You can even choose your own font!!!!!! Best looking and functioning theme I have ever had or seen! If you buy it you won't regret it.

How do you change the font??
I need to make it bigger!!
Well just go to Options/keyboard- change font to what ever size and type you want. You can't change the home screen font or size of the icons, but unlike most themes, you can display messages, menus and such in the font you choose.

Love the Theme, However on some apps, Facebook in particular, the menu items font color is white with a light grey/white background. Unless I hover over a menu item I can't read the menu. Is there any way to change this?
