I want to be informed about BB App World ???

I am using BB Curve 8900 Javelin with 4.6.1.206 OS version.My Bb is from Orange UK but i am using Vodafone Turkey operator when i am @Turkey and i am using BASE opperator when i am @Germany.I want to learn about that i cant install BB App.World to my BB cause of having 4.6 system i think. How can i make it available for my BlackBerry and install it? Is it possible? Or i have to wait for the upgrade for that? even if its like that;what you guys think about when an offical update can be available for Europe.. To be honest i am not intrested in beta updates which are not offical cause of being risky..Generally all that I want to be informed about is what are the possibilities for having App World installed to my Blackberry???
