Ok so basically we need to ignore the top part of our blackberry when in mini opera ie the call button touchpad button etc
When we accept the term and conditions we normally press the touchpad button but that take us back to the home page. Why? Because in opera the touchpad when not being used to stroll it is actually been used as the back key. So to accepted the terms we need to press the number 1. And bob's your uncle!
So the 2 main buttons we need are 1 and the enter key. So never use the touchpad unless to stroll or to use as the go back button.
Btw 5 beta never worked for me hope this helps people.
