haha, this is already on the phone....why would you want an app for it?
I do the whole....hold down back arrow and touch top L, top R, top L, top R, voila - it pops up.
it shows:

IMEI
MEID
Uptime
Signal Strength
Bat Lvl
File Free
File total
Options > status > = same ....it just doesn't give" up time".....but for as often I will need to check the status I don't think I will be needing an app to get me there....just a thought....and the -90 or - 80 dBm my bars have been working just fine for me..... 1 bar = poor 4-5 bars = good it can't get any easier than that
