I don't know what I did. It is there but won't open. I have soft reset it and hard reset it. Pulled the battery 10x. It is there and visible, but won't open. When I go to options and app manager, it is there, but I can't open it. Please somebody help.

Delete the Appworld application then try to re-install it, reboot the phone and open it.

Go to the browser on your phone and goto blackberry.com. install the appworld from there

You probably updated to the latest version (3.1.2.32) as described in the following post.

I suggest you go to post #10 and download app world 3.1.1.21.
That's what I did and fixed the problem. DON'T download the latest version until they (RIM) decide to fix the problem, probably in a newer version.
    Hope it helps...

I found a little bit of a workaround on my 9780. Go into Options->3rd party apps, launch the Blackberry ID app, and log into Appword. Then you can use the AppWorld web interface and a USB cable to install applications.
