I posted this in another thread but am curious for more feedback.
If you are on a BES, wouldn't that severely hinder you downloading and installing applications? I run a BES server and no one can download or install any applications that aren't pre-approved. Unless you have an extremely loose IT department, I don't see how BES users are going to get much use from an app store.
So, wouldn't App World mostly be of use those those on BIS? And since BIS is more "consumer" based than BES, wouldn't the apps available be more of the consumer based type as well? Games, social networking, etc.? And am I correct in reading that the App World will not, as least initially, be available for BIS users?
