how to un-deny "phone" permission for an App?

Hey,

so I tried downloading youmail from the blackberry apps program. as i installed it, i might've chose deny permission by accident or something, but as i'm trying reinstall it, my phone won't let the program install.

I get the message: application terminated: YouMail Visual Voicemail Plus has been denied the "Phone" permission.

Is there anyway to undeny this application?

i've tried deleting the app and reinstalling in many times, doesn't seem to work...
