Is it possible to sync the BB calendar with google calendar with wi-fi only? I'd like to be able to have an updated calendar at all times, I'm not sure if it's actually possible but thought I should ask.

Not sure, but GoogleSync works great, but it might require a data plan... it might be worth trying.
