You need a theme with a weather slot and a weather app.

I'ce downloaded 4 themes over the last 24 hours and played with them all. I also downloaded BBWeather from the Stuff for your BB section of CB. It is working nicely and I'm thankful for all the knowledge to be found here about the BB and all it's capabilities ... This phone will do so much more than I EVER will use it for..

I have the 3G theme installed with BeWeather. BeWeather only updates on the home screen but on the desktop it shows the old icon. If I move over it it will give me the updated weather but the icon stays the same. The icon on the Home Screen updates properly however. Anyone having the same issue?

I had the same issue on my Storm. I was able to fix that, among many other issues, by upgrading to my Bold. LOL. Sorry, I am of no help but I had to throw it in there.
