I see the SS icon on some screen shots and I've read that you can set your preferences to have new notifications show up on your banner but i can't seem to get it to work on my phone.
Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance.

It generally does it automatically when you receive a reply or dm. Could it be you're using a theme that doesn't support this?
Could be a theme or from what I've heard, you only get the "petal" notification in the banner with OS 4.6 and higher...
Maybe it's the theme I'm using.I have a Curve 8900.
