My Bold 9700 got the JVM Error 545 last week so it wouldn't even turn on. My first concern was getting the phone to turn on and I assumed the applications would be saved in one of my backup files. However, apparently it was not saved and I was wondering how to get paid apps back without paying for them again.
If you got them from Mobihand or CrackBerry app store then go there and change your PIN.
If you got them from BlackBerry App World go there and sign in. It will recognize a PIN change.
Some apps you can go right to the developers website and change your PIN with them. BeBuzz and BeWeather, for example, go to bellshare's website and update your PIN.
