hi everyone,
i just got my first bb (curve 9300) two weeks ago and ran into my first question!
i downloaded crunch SMS for a few days but didnt like it very much so i deleted it. i turned my phone off and then back on and now the icon for the app is not there anymore.
the problem is that the little alert bubble icon is still appearing when i get text messages...and it won't go away because i can't check the msg through crunch anymore!
i am able to read the messages the normal way, i just want to get rid of that little icon.
help.

Just turning the phone off won't do it, you have to actually pull the battery out or press alt - right shift - del.
Get used to doing this, you'll do it a lot and welcome to CrackBerry.
