Sprint had to reset my phone and lost all of my information. I previously bought shazam and berry buzz and I was wondering how to get them back or do I have to pay for them again?
Open App World.
Go to My World.
Hold the ALT key and type RST.
App World will close after a couple of seconds.
Open App World again.
Go to My World and log in again and see if your paid applications all populate.
If that doesn't work, send an email to the application developer from the email address associated with your App World account. If possible, include your purchase information from the email receipt you received when you first purchased the application.
in my exp. I've had to resign in with my paypal info. (signing into different devices using the same paypal info allows you to install paid apps on multiple devices whether this is allowed or totally common and known, it works and it's pretty cool considering how lame vzw was about their paid aps.)
